When I booked my appointment I called and explained the style I wanted. I kindly asked her to redo my hair and she said she couldn’t and also REFUSED to refund me at lest 20%-30% of my money! Highly disappointedBAD BUSINESS!!! When I booked my appointment I called and explained the style I wanted. Nothing like the desired style we agreed on an hr before starting the process. At this point Awa rushed my hairstyle to keep the other client that SHE DOUBLE BOOKED resulting in UNEVEN, LARGE, Mid back braids. During my spot another client walked in and seemed aggitated and wanted to reschedule due to the wait. I agreed to continue my spot as long as my braids were small and even and desired long length. She then informs me that she can’t do my desired style (even though she said she could 3 days prior) and would NOT change her quote. She showed me pictures from another client saying this is what you texted me right? You want this correct? I explained that the number and text she was showing wasn’t me, then proceeded to show her a picture of my desired style to refresh her memory of our conversation prior. ![]() Critical: Professionalism, QualityBAD BUSINESS!!!
